Nexus does not charge buyer-side commission. Buyer cost is the order price plus the on-chain transaction fee from your wallet. Monero on-chain fees are typically a fraction of a US cent; Bitcoin fees vary with mempool congestion and are one of the reasons new buyers should fund in XMR.
Two costs. A per-listing posting fee paid in advance and deducted from vendor balance. A percentage commission on completed orders deducted at settlement. Both are published in the vendor agreement.
The percentage commission varies by category and by vendor reputation tier. Higher-tier vendors pay smaller percentages than newer vendors. The differential matters as a vendor; for buyer pricing it is mostly invisible because most listings price in line with category averages.
The on-chain co-signing fee for the multisig contract is negligible on Monero. The platform absorbs the funding-transaction cost; from the buyer side, multisig is free.
