Nexus Market: frequently asked

Honest answers, no hand-waving.

Is Nexus Market currently online?
Yes. The mirror table on the home page reflects the most recent prober cycle; mirrors that miss three checks drop from the table automatically.

Which mirror should I use?
Headline first. Switch to Backup A or Backup B if the challenge layer times out. "New Tor Circuit for this Site" rotates without restarting the browser.

What payments are supported?
BTC and XMR. Monero is the default for new accounts; Bitcoin is supported but de-emphasised through UI nudges and slower confirmation thresholds.

How long does a deposit take?
Wallet send to platform credit is typically under fifteen minutes. If a deposit shows pending past thirty minutes, verify the transaction broadcast in your wallet sent log.

What does it cost to use the platform?
Buyer-side: order price plus on-chain wallet fee. The platform does not charge buyer commission. Vendor-side: posting fee plus percentage commission, both published in the vendor agreement.

How does a dispute work?
Either party opens a ticket. The platform freezes escrow. The panel reads evidence and signs to release in proportion to the ruling. SLA on first contact is measured in hours; most disputes resolve inside a working week.

What if I lose my account credentials?
Recovery is friction-heavy. Save your password and 2FA setup material to a password manager from day one.

Why three mirrors and not one?
Congestion isolation; a flood on one address does not affect the other two. Continuity across rotations; the platform stages new mirrors before retiring old ones.
